Much talk has centered on voter suppression since the uptick on voting roles for the infamous 2008 election. Voter suppression is a strategy used to influence the outcome of election by discouraging or preventing specific groups of people from voting. The tactic s range from slight to major. Minor changes would include making voting less convenient to major being physical intimidation.
