Meek Mill seeks Justice

Meek Mill In Court on Tuesday

By:  N. Tru Bass

Famed rapper and social justice reformer Meek Mill is back in court today to attack his previous conviction challenging the sanctity of the arresting officer.

Mill has enjoyed words of support from celebrities and the wealth elite due to the harshness of an old gun conviction probation violation.  His team of attorneys have asked for a new trial and a new judge going forward.  Philadelphia’s top prosecutor agrees with a new trial as for the judge, Judge Genece Brinkley she is refusing to recuse apposing abuse of her discretion and bias against Mill whose birth name is Robert Rihmeek Williams.

In a written statement the DA’s office said,  “In light of the district attorney’s recent filing, where he supports the granting of a new trial to Meek and the recusal of Judge Brinkley, we hope to have this injustice rectified once and for all.”
